70 ILCS 805/18.10

If any provision of Sections 18.1 through 18.10 of this Act or the application thereof is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of such sections of this Act which can be given effect without the invalid application or provision, and to this end, such provisions of this Act are declared to be severable.
