CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Cook County Forest Preserve District Act.

The county board of commissioners of the county in which a forest preserve district is located shall be the forest preserve district board of such district and the president of the county board shall be the president of the forest preserve district board. The members shall act without any other pay than that already provided by law.
