CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Forest Preserve District and Conservation District Design-Build Authorization Act.

This purpose of this Act is to authorize forest preserve districts and conservation districts to use design-build processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of delivering public projects.
