CHAPTER 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS
Tuberculosis Sanitarium District Act.

Whenever any member of the board of directors shall, from any cause, cease to be a legal voter of the district, his office shall thereupon become vacant, and a successor shall be appointed for the remainder of the term as other members of the board of directors are appointed.
