710 ILCS 15/3: Applicability.

This Act shall apply to and shall govern all agreements to arbitrate claims arising out of the providing of health care services. Except where inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, the "Uniform Arbitration Act", approved August 24, 1961, as now or hereafter amended, shall apply to and govern all health care arbitration agreements.
