CHAPTER 710 ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Uniform Arbitration Act.

A party has the right to be represented by an attorney at any proceeding or hearing under this Act. A waiver thereof prior to the proceeding or hearing is ineffective.
