CHAPTER 720 CRIMINAL OFFENSES
Illinois Controlled Substances Act.

The Department shall revise and republish the Schedules semi-annually for two years from the effective date of this Act, and thereafter annually. If the Department fails to republish the Schedules, the last published Schedules shall remain in full force and effect.
