CHAPTER 720 CRIMINAL OFFENSES
Hypodermic Syringes and Needles Act.

A person who violates any provision of Section 1 or 2 of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first such offense; and a Class 4 felony for a second or any succeeding offense.
