720 ILCS 677/15: Vending machines.

This Act does not prohibit the sale of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, or alternative nicotine products from vending machines if the location of the vending machines are in compliance with the provisions of Section 1 of the Prevention of Tobacco Use by Persons under 21 Years of Age and Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products Act.
