720 ILCS 678/30: Severability.

CHAPTER 720 CRIMINAL OFFENSES
Prevention of Cigarette and Electronic Cigarette Sales to Persons under 21 Years of Age Act.

If any provision of this Act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such holding shall not affect the constitutionality or validity of the remaining provisions of this Act, and to this end the provisions of this Act are expressly declared to be severable.
