CHAPTER 725 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Sexually Dangerous Persons Act.

Jurisdiction of proceedings under this Act is vested in the circuit courts in this State, for the purpose of conducting hearings for commitment and detention of such persons, as hereinafter provided.
