CHAPTER 725 CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963.

Mutual orders of protection; correlative separate orders. Mutual orders of protection are prohibited. Correlative separate orders of protection undermine the purposes of this Article and are prohibited. Nothing in this Section prohibits a victim from seeking a civil order of protection.
