725 ILCS 5/124B-120: Definition; "property".

In this Article, "property" means:

(1) Real property, including, without limitation, land, fixtures or improvements on land, and anything growing on or found in land.

(2) Tangible or intangible personal property, including, without limitation, rights, privileges, interests, claims, securities, and money.

"Property" includes any leasehold or possessory interest and, in the case of real property, includes a beneficial interest in a land trust.
