CHAPTER 730 CORRECTIONS
Probation Challenge Program Act.

There is created in each county having a population of 2,000,000 or more inhabitants, for the purpose of operating on an experimental basis, a Probation Challenge Program. The State shall bear the costs necessary to carry out the functions of the Program.
