730 ILCS 154/90: List of violent offenders against youth; list of facilities, schools, and institutions of higher education.

The Illinois State Police shall promulgate rules to develop a list of violent offenders against youth covered by this Act and a list of child care facilities, schools, and institutions of higher education eligible to receive notice under this Act, so that the list can be disseminated in a timely manner to law enforcement agencies having jurisdiction.
