730 ILCS 205/99-999: Effective date.

This Act takes effect July 1, 2021, except that Article 25 takes effect January 1, 2022, Sections 10-105, 10-110, 10-115, 10-120, 10-140, 10-155, 10-160, 10-175, 10-180, 10-185, 10-190, 10-195, 10-200, 10-205, 10-210, 10-215, 10-255, 10-265, 10-270, 10-275, 10-280, 10-285, 10-290, 10-295, 10-300, 10-305, 10-310, 10-315, 10-320, and 10-325 take effect January 1, 2023, and Article 2 takes effect January 1, 2025.
