730 ILCS 5/3-2.5-35: Transfer of powers.

Except as otherwise provided in this Article, all of the rights, powers, duties, and functions vested by law in the Juvenile Division of the Department of Corrections are transferred to the Department of Juvenile Justice on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly.
