730 ILCS 5/3-2.5-45: Transfer of property.

All books, records, documents, property (real and personal), unexpended appropriations, and pending business pertaining to the rights, powers, duties, and functions transferred to the Department of Juvenile Justice under this Article shall be transferred and delivered to the Department of Juvenile Justice on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly.
