Quick-take; Lake County. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 2 years after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly by Lake County for the acquisition of property necessary for the purpose of improving County Highway 45 (Washington Street) from Illinois Route 83 to U.S. Route 45.
