Quick-take; Urbana-Champaign Sanitary District. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 24 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 93rd General Assembly by the Urbana-Champaign Sanitary District for the acquisition of permanent and temporary easements for the purpose of implementing phase 2 of the Curtis Road - Windsor Road sanitary interceptor sewer project and constructing and operating the proposed sewers.
