Quick-take; University of Illinois. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 18 months after July 29, 1986, in any proceeding by the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for the acquisition of land in Champaign County or interests therein as a site for a building or for any educational purpose.
