Quick-take; Anna-Jonesboro Water Commission. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period beginning June 24, 1995 (the day after the effective date of Public Act 89-29) and ending 18 months after July 14, 1995 (the effective date of Public Act 89-134), by the Anna-Jonesboro Water Commission for the acquisition of land and easements for improvements to its water treatment and storage facilities and water transmission pipes.
