Quick-take; Medical Center District. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 6 years after July 1, 1995, for the acquisition by the Medical Center District of property described in Section 3 of the Illinois Medical District Act within the District Development Area as described in Section 4 of that Act for the purposes set forth in that Act.
