Quick-take; City of Freeport. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 36 months after July 25, 1997, by the City of Freeport, owners of the Freeport Albertus Municipal Airport, to allow for acquisition of any land, rights, or other property lying between East Lamm Road and East Borchers Road to complete realignment of South Hollywood Road and to establish the necessary runway safety zone in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration and Illinois Department of Transportation design criteria.
