Quick-take; Village of South Barrington. Quick-take proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of 3 years after July 30, 1998, by the Village of South Barrington for the acquisition of land and temporary and permanent easements for the purposes of construction and maintenance of sewerage facilities and sewerage transmission pipes along an area not to exceed 100 feet north of the Northwest Tollway between Barrington Road and Route 72.
