CHAPTER 735 CIVIL PROCEDURE
Code of Civil Procedure.

The time of filing complaints in actions of ejectment shall be the same as in other civil cases; and the rules of pleading and practice in other civil cases shall apply to actions of ejectment, so far as they are applicable, and except as is otherwise provided by Article VI of this Act.
