740 ILCS 10/13: Antitrust Enforcement Fund.

Any penalties collected from an entity for violations of this Act shall be deposited into the Antitrust Enforcement Fund, a special fund created in the State treasury that is dedicated to enforcing this Act.

This Section is repealed on January 1, 2027.
