740 ILCS 40/2

All places and the fixtures and movable contents thereof, used for the purpose of unlawfully selling, possessing, serving, storing, delivering, manufacturing, cultivating, giving away or using controlled substances are hereby declared to be nuisances and may be abated as hereinafter provided and the owners, agents, occupants of and any other person using any such place may be enjoined as hereinafter provided.
