CHAPTER 745 CIVIL IMMUNITIES
Illinois Financial Institutions Year 2000 Safety and Soundness Act.

An Illinois financial institution shall not be liable in a Year 2000 action brought by or for damages incurred by persons not in privity of contract with the Illinois financial institution in connection with the transaction that gave rise to the Year 2000 claim.
