75 ILCS 16/15-75: Conflicting annexations.

If 2 or more districts under Sections 15-5 through 15-70 adopt ordinances on the same date annexing the same territory, the conflict in the annexation shall be decided by the State Librarian with the advice of the Illinois State Library Advisory Committee.
