CHAPTER 750 FAMILIES
Non-Support Punishment Act.

An action that was commenced under the Non-Support of Spouse and Children Act and is pending on the effective date of this Act shall be decided in accordance with the Non-Support of Spouse and Children Act as it existed immediately before its repeal by this Act.
