750 ILCS 62/20: Ad Hoc Statewide Domestic Violence Fatality Review Committee of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority Board.

The Ad Hoc Statewide Domestic Violence Fatality Review Committee of the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority Board is hereby created to provide guidance, leadership, technical assistance, research, and other supports to the regional domestic violence fatality review teams in carrying out their responsibilities under this Act, and to serve as a statewide resource for addressing domestic violence related fatalities and near-fatalities as well as other forms of abuse connected to domestic violence.
