750 ILCS 62/45: Regional domestic violence fatality review teams.

A regional domestic violence fatality review team may be established within the boundaries of each judicial circuit. Once a review team is established within the boundaries of the judicial circuit, the team may establish one or more subteams to efficiently and effectively carry out the responsibilities of the regional review team and conduct domestic violence fatality review.
