CHAPTER 760 TRUSTS AND FIDUCIARIES
Illinois Uniform Transfers to Minors Act.

This Act shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform to the extent accepted by this State the law with respect to the subject of this Act among states enacting it.
