CHAPTER 765 PROPERTY
Land Survey Monuments Act.

"Aliquot corner" means any corner in the public land survey system created by subdividing a section of land according to the rules of procedure set forth in the "Manual of Instructions for the Survey of the Public Lands of the United States".
