- Property Owned By Noncitizens Act.
An act in regard to aliens and to restrict their right to acquire and hold real and personal estate and to provide for the disposition of the lands now owned by non-resident aliens, approved June 16, 1887, and in force July 1, 1887, and all other acts and parts of acts in conflict with this act, are hereby repealed.
