765 ILCS 905/14

"An Act to revise the law in relation to mortgages of real and personal property and to validate certain transactions, including filings or recordings of mortgages of personal property, and affidavits of extension or renewal thereof, heretofore made or occurring," approved March 26, 1874, as amended, is repealed.
