CHAPTER 765 PROPERTY
Notice of Prepayment of Federally Subsidized Mortgage Act.

Owners of subsidized housing eligible for prepayment of mortgage after the effective date of this Act but before July 1, 1990 shall give notice as provided in Section 4 within 60 days after the effective date of this Act.
