775 ILCS 15/4

No financial institution shall accept any letter of credit or any other document which evidences the transfer of funds or of credit which contains any provision which discriminates or appears to discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, creed, national ancestry or sex or on ethnic or religious grounds, or of any connection between that person and any other entity.
