805 ILCS 105/107.70: Voting agreements.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) Members entitled to vote may provide for the casting of their votes by signing an agreement for that purpose.

(b) A voting agreement created under this Section is specifically enforceable in accordance with the principles of equity.
