805 ILCS 105/111.40: Effective date of merger or consolidation.

The merger or consolidation shall become effective upon the filing of the articles of merger or consolidation by the Secretary of State or on a later specified date, not more than 30 days subsequent to the filing of the articles of merger or consolidation by the Secretary of State, as may be provided for in the plan.
