CHAPTER 805 BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS
Medical Corporation Act.

The certificate of registration shall expire on January 1, 2019 and on January 1 of every third year thereafter. Upon written application of the holder, the Department shall renew the certificate of registration if the Department finds that the corporation has complied with its regulations and the provisions of this Act.

The fee for renewal of a certificate of registration shall be $40.
