CHAPTER 805 BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS
Professional Limited Liability Company Act.

The name of each professional limited liability company or foreign professional limited liability company organized, existing, or subject to the provisions of this Act shall contain the terms "professional limited liability company", "P.L.L.C.", or "PLLC".
