815 ILCS 123/15-10-10: Preemption of administrative rules.

CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Predatory Loan Prevention Act.

Any administrative rule regarding loans that is adopted by the Department prior to the effective date of this Act and that is inconsistent with the provisions of this Act is hereby preempted to the extent of the inconsistency.
