CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Buy-Now-Pay-Later Loan Consumer Protection Act.

The Secretary may maintain an action in the name of the people of the State of Illinois through the Attorney General and may apply for an injunction in the circuit court to enjoin a person from violating this Act or rules adopted under this Act.
