815 ILCS 124/32: Relation to other laws.

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to limit the obligation of a licensee to comply with any other applicable laws or rules, including, but not limited to, the Predatory Loan Prevention Act. Any protections, rights, and remedies provided in this Act to a consumer with respect to an agreement with a lender shall be intended to supplement and not be exclusive of any protections, rights, and remedies otherwise available under any other law.
