CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Residential Improvement Loan Act.

This Act does not apply to any loan made in accordance with the provisions of Subchapter 1 of Chapter 13 of Title 12 of the United States Code, which is designated as "Housing Renovation and Modernization".
