CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act.

It is hereby declared to be the policy of this State that the regulation of the quality of motor fuel and petroleum is in the public interest and that the promulgation of standards of quality will benefit the citizens of the State of Illinois.
