CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act.

All defenses available against a holder in due course of a negotiable instrument under subsection (2) of Section 3-305 of the Uniform Commercial Code are available to a buyer under a retail installment contract notwithstanding any agreement to the contrary.
