CHAPTER 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS
Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act.

"Motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle as defined in the Illinois Vehicle Code but does not include bicycles, motorcycles, motor scooters, snowmobiles, trailers, farm equipment, and manufactured homes as defined in subdivision (53) of Section 9-102 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
